Maintenance of equipment in explosion endangered area at Port of Koper.

The person responsible for maintenance of equipment in hazardous environments at Pier 1 and Pier 2 at the Port of Koper.

 

Ship unloading crane at Port of Koper

Electric design for the reconstruction of control system and power distribution for ship unloading crane MD1. Crane is fed with medium voltage and contains two power transformers to power the main drive (2MVA) and 400kVA for other equipment. Total power of all drives is 1.15 MW.

 

Transform of vegetable oil terminal at Port of Koper to fuel delivery terminal

Electric design of the entire measurement system, power distribution and automation at the terminal, after reconstruction it is intended for the transshipment of fuel from tankers in the static reservoirs, and from there in the road takers and railway tankers. 

 

Reconstruction of coal transport TE-TOL

The responsible engineer of the replacement of electrical power and control of coal transport in TE-TOL, a Slovenian heat generation and power plant. Implemented the new installation, installed new electrical distributors and implemented new control and monitoring system for the entire transport of coal (30 belt conveyors).

 

The wood pellets factory Vitales

Electrical design. Factory processed wood and wood waste into wood pellets. The system comprises a 315kW cutter for timber, an intermediate storag for wood chips, wood chips grinder, and two pelletizer mill and silos for the storage of wood pellets and packaging line.

 

 

Coal unloading station TET

Electrical design, manager responsible for electrical system building, programming and commissioning of the programmable controllers, inspection and measurement of electrical installations. The system consists of five conveyor belts and two hydraulic units to empty railway wagons.

 

Addition of FeSO4 Lafarge Cement Trbovlje

To minimize side effect of chromium compounds in cement it is necessary to add a small amount of FeSO4 just before delivery from factory. Here I made an electrical design, management of installation, programming and commissioning of the system for adding ferrous sulphate to cement.

 

Transportation and dosing of alternative fuels Lafarge

Electrical project to conduct a dosing system for tires as an alternative fuel in cement production.

Electrical design, communications, programming and commissioning of the replacement of scales for dosing coal to de kiln for the production of cement.

 

Control of electrostatic filter Lafarge

Electrical design, management of work, parameterization and commissioning of a new control of electrostatic precipitator.

 

Automation of overhead crane at Acroni

Electrical design, management of installation, programming and commissioning. The existing crane was controlled by a crane operator via remote control. Position encoders, wireless communication and the programmable controller were added. The system allows interactive control of a crane. The pick up and disposal of products are controlled by an operator, but the crane automatically take the product from the point of pick up to the point of disposal.

 

Inspection and measurement of electrical installations

The periodical examinations and measurements of electrical installations, which are required by Slovenian law.

 

Controlling dust extraction GIRK Kalun

Electro design and control system and commissioning. In the existing system of crushing and transport of raw materials at quarry GIRK Kalun was built dust extraction and transport it in the silo. It was necessary to extend the existing PLC controller and power supply of the new drives as well as additional functionality of the control system WinCC.

 

  

Control system for sieving tailings PGM Sežana

Electro design and control system and commissioning. In the existing system crushing and transport of raw materials from manufacturer Bräuer was built a sieve, conveyors, belt weigher. It was necessary to extend the controller and power supply of the new drives as well as additional functionality of the control system WinCC.

 

Controlling the depot of sand PGM Sežana

Electro design and control system and commissioning. In the existing system of crushing and transport of raw materials from manufacturer Bräuer and mixing system of manufacturer Whöewa was built a depot of the sand of different grain size with five boxes and conveyor system for filling these boxes. It was necessary to extend the controller and power supply of the new drives as well as additional functionality of the control system WinCC.

 

Communication to the coal handling crane at TET

Electro design, installation and testing of communication between the moving crane and building. The crane is on the rails and travels up to 300m along the coal depot. A radio communication was installed to transfer Modbus between the crane controller and coal transport controller in order to control the transport from the crane operator’s cabin.
